Chocolate Icing
Chocolate Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. fat (margarine or butter), 2 tbsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 tbsp. cocoa and about 1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix all ingredients except confectioners sugar.
Stir in half of the sugar.
Beat well.
Stir in rest of the sugar, as needed, to make an icing that will stay on cake and spread well.
Put on cooled cake.
Makes about 3/4 cup icing.
