Chocolate Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cocoa, 1/2 c. pet milk, vanilla, 2 c. sugar and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cocoa, sugar, milk and butter; bring to boil.
Boil 1 minute; add vanilla flavoring.
Remove from heat.
