Chocolate Icing
Chocolate Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, 2 tbsp. white corn syrup, 3/4 c. milk and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a saucepan, combine all but vanilla and cook until sugar dissolves.
Cook slowly to soft ball stage.
Add butter and remove from heat.
Place in cool water and add vanilla.
If icing gets hard, add hot water.
