Chocolate Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 stick margarine and 1 small can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix and bring to a rolling boil. Cook for 2 additional minutes. Stir constantly as icing may stick to boiler.
Remove from heat; add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Nuts may be added also.
