Chocolate Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 2 to 3 tsp. cocoa, 1 stick margarine, 3 tbsp. white karo and 1 c. canned milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place all ingredients into heavy pan.
After it comes to a boil, cook 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Beat until thick enough to spread on cake.
