Chocolate Icebox Cake
Chocolate Icebox Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 3 beaten egg yolks, 1 small can chocolate syrup and 1/2 lb. small marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream powdered sugar and butter.
Add egg yolks, chocolate syrup, marshmallows and pecans to creamed mixture.
Mix well.
Add egg whites, beaten stiff.
Spread graham cracker crumbs on bottom of a 9-inch pan.
Pour chocolate mix over crumbs.
Spread crumbs on top.
Chill 1 1/2 to 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with whipped cream.
Serves 9.
