Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake
Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. sugar and 6 tbsp. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Mix in 3 tablespoons cocoa.
Add milk, shortening and vanilla.
Mix all ingredients only until smooth.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into a greased 1-quart baking dish.
Mix brown sugar and remaining 3 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle over mixture in the baking dish.
Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over the top.
(When baked, this pudding cake has a sauce on the bottom and cake on top!)
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
