Bring first three ingredients to a boil and pour into the remaining six ingredients.
Batter will be very thin.
Pour into a sheet cake pan or a 9 x 12-inch (greased and floured).
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
The 9 x 12-inch may take 25 minutes, depending on your oven.
Check with a toothpick.
While cake is baking, prepare icing.
