Chocolate Fudge Cake
Chocolate Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. sifted cocoa, 1 c. butter, 5 eggs and 2 1/3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream butter and sugar after cocoa has been mixed with part of sugar.
Add whole egg yolks.
Add alternately flour, milk and vanilla.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
This makes 4 layers.
Knock pans of batter on table to jar out bubbles before putting in oven. Bake in 350Β° oven 20 minutes.
This cake better several days after cooking.
