Cook sugar, milk and butter to soft ball stage 236°, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat; add chocolate pieces, Marshmallow Crème, vanilla and 1 cup nuts.
Beat until chocolate is melted and blended.
Pour into well buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Immediately score into squares.
Cool and when set, cut into squares.
