Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 lb. oleo (margarine), 2 tsp. vanilla, 4 boxes (4 lb.) powdered sugar and 1 or 3/4 or 1/2 c. cocoa (to your taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put Velveeta cheese, oleo and vanilla in a large pan on stove and melt together.
Blend in the dry ingredients together in large bowl.
After the dry ingredients are mixed, add the melted oleo and cheese mix with a spoon.
When the mixture is fully combined, place it in a long pan (cookie sheet with wax paper on bottom) and pop it into the refrigerator.
Cut into squares when it is firm and cold.
Keep refrigerated.
Makes 5 pounds.
May be frozen for later use.
