Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk.
Mix completely.
Cover until boiling point is reached.
Boil to soft ball stage (234-238 degrees).
Add 1 tsp. vanilla.
Cool without stirring until room temperature.
Beat until mixture is creamy, thick and will hold it's shape when dropped from a spoon.
Pour into buttered 8 inch pan and cool.
Cut into squares.
