Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sugar, 1 large (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1/2 lb. butter, 1 large (13 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a 4-quart saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until blended.
Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate bits, vanilla and nuts until chocolate is melted.
Pour into a buttered pan, 9 x 9-inches.
Cool and cut while warm.
Makes 5 pounds.
