Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. corn syrup, 2 tbsp. cocoa and 2 chocolate sq., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine in large saucepan sugar, cocoa and salt.
Add milk, syrup and chocolate squares.
Cook on high for 6 minutes after reaching boiling stage.
Remove from heat; add margarine, vanilla and nuts.
Beat until creamy.
Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch Pyrex dish and allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Use larger Pyrex dish if thinner fudge is desired.
