Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 (24 oz.) bag nestle's semi-sweet morsels, 1/2 lb. butter and 3 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar and milk and boil hard for 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and add chocolate morsels and butter.
Add vanilla and nuts; beat until smooth.
Pour into large greased container to cool (6 to 8 hours).
Cut into squares.
