Combine cheese, egg, 1/2 C sugar, 1/8 tsp salt in a mixing bowl, beat well.
Stir in in chocolate chips.
Set aside.
Combine in another bowl flour, 1 C sugar, cocoa, soda, and 1 tsp salt. Sift Together.
Bake in muffin tins until done.
