Chocolate Eclairs
Chocolate Eclairs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. flour, 4 eggs and 1 large box instant pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Add butter to water; bring to rolling boil. Stir in flour vigorously over low heat.
Beat 1 minute until mixture forms a ball.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Drop 1/4 cup of the mixture onto ungreased cookie sheet, spacing 3 inches apart.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven; keep away from drafts.
Allow to cool.
