Chocolate Eclairs
Chocolate Eclairs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. self-rising flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Add butter to water and cook until butter is melted.
Add all the flour at once; stir vigorously until ball forms in center of pan.
Cool a little.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Mixture should be stiff.
Put in pastry tube for eclair shape or use eclair pans or cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
Split sides and fill when cool.
Frost.
Makes 8 to 12.
