Chocolate Eclaire
Chocolate Eclaire is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. vanilla pudding, 3 1/2 c. cold milk, 1 large carton cool whip, graham crackers and 1 can chocolate cake icing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix well with mixer, 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding and milk until thick.
Fold in cool whip.
Put layer of whole graham crackers in a 9 by 13 inch dish as close together as possible.
Spread 1/2 of the pudding mix on crackers.
Place another layer of crackers and pour on remaining pudding mix.
Top with crackers, then spread icing on top.
