Chocolate Eclair Pie
Chocolate Eclair Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. french vanilla instant pudding, 1 (8 oz.) tub cool whip, 2 3/4 c. milk, 1 can milk chocolate frosting and graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip together with a spoon.
Line a 15 x 9 x 2-inch pan with graham crackers.
Pour half of the pudding mixture over crackers.
Repeat.
Top second layer with crackers.
Spread frosting over top layer of crackers.
Garnish with cherries.
Chill.
