Chocolate Eclair Pie
Chocolate Eclair Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. cold milk, 1 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix in bowl pudding mix and cold milk.
Mix in another bowl sugar, softened cream cheese and vanilla.
Add these two mixtures together; fold in Cool Whip.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers; top with mixture, then crackers, then mixture, then crackers, then mixture on top of last layer of crackers.
Spread frosting mix.
Chill well before serving.
