Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Chocolate Eclair Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 or more whole graham crackers, 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip and 1 can chocolate fudge frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In 9 x 13-inch dish, place layer of crackers.
In a bowl, mix pudding with 3 cups milk.
Beat until thickens.
Fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip.
Place half of pudding on top of crackers.
Add another layer of crackers and remaining pudding.
Add another layer of crackers.
Mix frosting with 3 teaspoons of milk.
Spread on top of crackers.
Refrigerate for 6 to 10 hours.
