Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Chocolate Eclair Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small and 1 large instant vanilla pudding mix, 3 c. milk, 1 large container cool whip, 1 box graham crackers, crushed and 1 tub chocolate icing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Whisk milk and both packages of vanilla pudding mix until well blended.
Add Cool Whip and stir.
In a 9 x 13-inch (preferably glass Pyrex) pan, begin with a layer of graham cracker crumbs. Next, spread a layer of the Cool Whip mixture.
Continue this several times, ending with Cool Whip mixture.
Microwave chocolate icing for approximately 1 minute.
Pour on top and spread.
Chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours before serving or place in freezer for a little while if you can't wait.
