Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Chocolate Eclair Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 2 c. cold milk, 2 small cartons whipped topping (8 oz.), 1 box graham crackers and 1 container chocolate icing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together pudding and milk.
Add both cartons of whipped topping.
Stir together very well.
Layer bottom of pan with graham crackers.
Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers.
Add another layer of crackers.
Place rest of pudding mixture over this.
Put last layer of crackers over pudding and place icing over this.
