Chocolate Eclair Delight
Chocolate Eclair Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. milk, 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding, approximately 2 boxes graham crackers, 1 small can hershey's syrup and 1 small box 10x powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine milk and pudding until smooth.
Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate and line bottom of square pan with 1 layer of graham crackers.
Spoon and smooth on pudding and Cool Whip.
Place another layer of crackers, then pudding, etc., ending with a layer of crackers.
Mix syrup and powdered sugar together and pour on top of crackers and pudding.
Let sit in refrigerator 24 hours.
