Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. graham crackers, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. french vanilla instant pudding, 8 oz. cool whip and 3 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line bottom of pan with crackers. Mix pudding with milk; beat 2 minutes.
Stir in Cool Whip.
Put 1/2 mixture over crackers.
Layer crackers and rest of pudding. Final layer of crackers.
Chill in refrigerator while making frosting.
