Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding, 1 c. powdered sugar, 3 c. milk and 9 oz. carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pudding, powdered sugar and milk together with mixer, about minutes low speed. Stir Cool Whip into pudding mixture and set aside.
Lightly grease bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with oil.
Line bottom of pan with whole graham crackers (sometimes have break apart to make fit).
Pour 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers, then add a layer of crackers, then layer of pudding.
Finish with layer of crackers. Ice with chocolate icing and refrigerate.
