Chocolate Eclair Cake #4 is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 small boxes instant french vanilla pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip, thawed and 1/2 or 1 tub chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with graham crackers.
Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip.
Put 1/2 of this mixture over graham crackers. Place second layer of crackers and remainder of pudding on top. Place third layer of crackers.
Microwave chocolate frosting until melted; pour over crackers.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
