Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 (9 oz.) box cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil.
Mix sugar, pudding and milk until smooth; fold in Cool Whip.
Layer 1/3 of the graham crackers in pan; add 1/2 of pudding mixture.
Layer another 1/3 of graham crackers on top and then a layer of remaining pudding mixture on top of that.
Layer the remaining graham crackers on top and cover with frosting.
