Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 4 1/2 c. milk, 1 (12 oz.) cool whip, 1/2 c. powdered sugar and 3 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding (do not follow pudding directions on box), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix milk and vanilla pudding; whip.
Add powdered sugar and Cool Whip and blend well.
Place whole graham crackers at bottom of pan, then add a layer of pudding, a layer of graham crackers and rest of pudding.
Put final layer of graham crackers and then put chocolate frosting on top of last layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate for several hours.
