Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 small pkg. instant french vanilla pudding, 2 c. milk, 16 oz. cool whip and 2 sq. chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine pudding and milk.
Mix well.
Add Cool Whip.
Lay 1/3 of crackers in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers.
Lay in 1/3 more of crackers and add rest of pudding.
Lay rest of crackers over top.
Top with chocolate sauce and refrigerate overnight.
Melt chocolate and margarine. Add rest of ingredients.
