Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding, 1 c. powdered sugar, 3 c. milk and 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix pudding, powdered sugar and milk for 2 minutes on low speed.
Fold in Cool Whip into pudding mixture; set aside.
Lightly grease (with Pam) bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Line bottom of pan with a layer of whole graham crackers (break in half to make fit, if needed).
Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers.
Put another layer of graham crackers.
Pour remainder of pudding over that.
Put another layer of graham crackers on top, then frost with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate; cut into squares to serve.
