Prepare pudding as per directions on package.

Mix Cool Whip with it.

Line the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch with whole graham crackers.

Pour one-half of the pudding mix over crackers. Place another layer of crackers over this.

Top with remaining pudding. Frost the remaining graham crackers with icing and place on top of the final pudding layer, smoothing frosting to give a finished look. Chill for at least one hour.
