Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box honey maid graham crackers, 2 small pkg. instant french vanilla pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip and chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a large bowl, blend pudding, milk and Cool Whip.
Using a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, put a layer of graham crackers, then pour half of the mixture and spread evenly. Add another layer of graham crackers, then use the other half of the mixture and a layer of graham crackers. Frost.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Set out 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before serving.
