Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 c. powdered sugar, 8 oz. cool whip and 1 small box graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix pudding and milk together.
Add powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
Put a layer of graham crackers in bottom of large Pyrex dish.
Add half of the pudding mixture, another layer of graham crackers, the rest of the pudding mixture and last a layer of graham crackers.
Let chill to set to make spreading frosting easier.
After frosting, cover and keep refrigerated.
