Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 boxes honey graham crackers, 12 oz. cool whip, 3 boxes french vanilla pudding, 4 c. milk and 1 container chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, blend the pudding with the milk for 2 to 3 minutes on medium. Fold the Cool Whip in and continue to blend. Place crackers in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Alternate layers of crackers and pudding mix 3 times. Make sure to end with crackers. Put chocolate frosting in microwave for 30 seconds. While still warm, spread over top layer of crackers. Refrigerate until needed.
