Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 serving) box vanilla instant pudding, 2 c. milk, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 (12 oz.) carton cool whip and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Make pudding, using 2 cups milk.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until pudding thickens.
Add Cool Whip and sour cream, mixing well.
Place layer of graham crackers on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with 1/2 of pudding, another layer of graham crackers, the remaining pudding and top with layer of crackers. Refrigerate.
