Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large or 2 small pkg. instant french vanilla pudding, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, 3 c. regular milk and 1 box graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Butter 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Cover bottom of dish with layer of graham crackers.
Mix pudding with milk until almost set and then add the Cool Whip.
Pour 1/2 pudding mixture over bottom layer of graham crackers.
Add a 2nd layer of crackers over pudding mixture.
Then pour remaining pudding mixture over 2nd layer of crackers.
Add a 3rd layer of crackers.
Then put Fudge Frosting over crackers and refrigerate overnight.
