Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with graham crackers, 1 large box instant pudding, 3 c. milk, whipped topping and 1 chocolate fudge frosting mix, heated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Line glass cake pan with graham crackers.
Mix pudding and milk and leave set.
Add whipped topping. Pour half of pudding mixture on the crackers in pan.
Add another layer of crackers and pour the rest of the pudding mixture over the crackers, then top with third layer of crackers.
Heat the frosting mix in microwave a minute, then pour over top of crackers, let cool.
