Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. graham crackers (whole), 3 c. milk, 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 (12 oz.) carton cool whip and 1 can chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Follow directions on package for pudding, except use 3 cups milk for the 2 packages.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers, then the rest of the pudding mixture.
Next a third layer of graham crackers, then spread on chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate overnight.
