Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with graham crackers, 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, 1 pkg. french vanilla instant pudding, 1 can chocolate frosting and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Layer crackers (not crumbs) in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Prepare pudding with 3 cups milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour over crackers. Put another layer of crackers on top of pudding mixture.
Melt chocolate frosting in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir and swirl over crackers.
Refrigerate for
2 hours.
Freezes well.
