Chocolate Eclair Cake
Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes jell-o french vanilla custard, make ahead, 3 c. milk, 1 (9 oz.) carton cool whip, 1 box graham crackers and 1 can prepared chocolate frosting, put in microwave to soften, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat pudding and milk until thick.
Add Cool Whip.
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers.
Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers.
Repeat with another layer of crackers, the remaining pudding and another layer of crackers.
Add icing to last layer of crackers.
Refrigerate.
