Chocolate Eclair
Chocolate Eclair is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small boxes french vanilla pudding (instant), 1 (12 oz.) container cool whip, 1 box whole graham crackers, 1 can chocolate frosting and 3 c. cold milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix pudding with 3 cups of milk.
Add Cool Whip.
In a 9 1/2 x 11-inch container, layer whole graham crackers.
Pour 1/2 pudding mixture on top of crackers.
Put another layer of whole graham crackers and pour the remainder of pudding mixture on top of crackers.
Put another layer of whole graham crackers and pour chocolate frosting on top.
(Soften frosting slightly in microwave.)
Refrigerate.
