Chocolate Eclair is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large boxes vanilla instant pudding mix, 8 to 10 oz. cool whip, 8 whole graham crackers and 1 container chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix pudding according to directions on package, less one cup milk.
Blend pudding mix with cool whip.
Layer crackers and pudding mixture.
You may not need all of the crackers, it's according to the container you use.
Finish with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
