Chocolate Eclair
Chocolate Eclair is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat pudding, milk and sugar until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Use Pam cooking spray to lightly grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Place a layer of whole crackers on bottom of pan.
Top with half of the pudding mix.
Add another layer of whole crackers. Top with remaining pudding mix.
Add another layer of whole crackers.
Ice with Chocolate Icing.
