Chocolate Eclair
Chocolate Eclair is an moderately easy dinner. Made with graham crackers, 2 box instant french vanilla pudding mix, 8 oz cool whip, 1/3 c cocoa and 1/4 c milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a 9 x 13 dish place a layer of graham crackers.
Mix instant pudding by box directions.
Stir in Cool Whip.
Pour half on layer of crackers, another layer of crackers ending with filling.
In sauce pot mix cocoa, milk & sugar.
Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.
Then stir in margarine & vanilla.
Remove from heat.
Let it get cold, then spread over filling.
