Chocolate Eclair
Chocolate Eclair is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, 1 box graham crackers, 3 c. milk and 1 tub chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Layer whole graham crackers on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix 3 cups milk and 2 packages pudding until thick.
Add Cool Whip. Put half of pudding over graham crackers.
Put on second layer of crackers.
Add rest of pudding.
Top with third layer of graham crackers, then frost with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
