Chocolate Eclair

Mix cocoa, sugar and salt.
Add 1/4 cup milk.
Bring to boil and boil 1 minute.
Turn off heat but leave pan on the stove for 5 minutes.
Add margarine and vanilla.
Mix pudding with 3 3/4 cups milk.
Add Cool Whip.
