Chocolate Eclair is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large box instant vanilla pudding (french vanilla gives a better flavor), 1 container cool whip, 1 box graham crackers and 1 can chocolate cake frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix pudding as directed on box in a medium size bowl.
After pudding is mixed thoroughly, place whole container of Cool Whip in bowl with pudding and mix until completely blended.
