Chocolate Delite
Chocolate Delite is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 1 c. plain flour, 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. 10x sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt oleo; add flour and nuts.
Press in bottom of 9x15 inch dish.
Bake in slow oven until brown.
Set aside to cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 container of Cool Whip together.
(If too stiff, add milk.) Spread on top of cooled crust.
Mix pudding with milk.
Put this on top of cream cheese layer.
Add other 1/2 container of Cool Whip; sprinkle with about 1/2 c. nuts. Chill for several hours.
Serves 12.
